Even if you’re dragging this morning, chances are by mid-day you’ll be caught up in the momentum of your week already. It feels great to be productive, and to make the most of every minute as you run down your to-do list. Just don’t forget to find even a few minutes a day for some stillness. Find your breath, check in to your body and quiet your mind. Trust me, I know it sounds unlikely, but you can actually get more done once your mind is calm and clear. Stillness isn’t slowness, weakness or laziness. With intention and presence, it can be a source of energy, clarity and power.
