Good morning! How are you feeling today? If it’s a tough morning, as Mondays can be, try not to be too hard on yourself. Maybe you didn’t get enough sleep, maybe you’re feeling anxious about something coming up this week…or maybe not. Maybe that was you last week, but this week feels great so far. We all have moments when we feel like we aren’t up to the challenge, though, and when we do, we aren’t always very nice to ourselves about it. Self-compassion can take some getting used to – you may even find you resist it. But if something’s hard and you’re doing it anyway, you deserve a little credit, don’t you think?
May you find kindness in unexpected places this week – especially within yourself.
