Feel like you’re banging your head against a wall with the GMAT, GRE, LSAT, MCAT, or any other standardized test? You are NOT alone! There’s a set of strategies you may not have tried yet. Or, maybe you haven’t been coached on which ones to use for your particular test prep challenges.

I’ve got some options for you.

GROUP SESSIONS

Join me for a 4-week mindfulness series that will change your relationship with the exam. We’ll meet in a small group online weekly to discuss challenges, and develop and practice solutions for them. You will learn strategies designed to help you calm, visualize, center, and energize. You’ll leave with a full set of skills to use at various points throughout your testing experience, and for any challenge you encounter beyond it.
