Happy Thanksgiving week! Or maybe “Friendsgiving,” if you’re not traveling. No matter how you are celebrating this week, make an effort to be present and connected in the conversations you have, mindfully enjoy the feast you are fortunate to be sharing, and take some time to recharge yourself before the home stretch through Round 2 applications or final exams, or the general “holi-daze” of December. There is great power in stillness, and also in collective intention. Consider how magnified your gratitude may be as you share it with others this week.
