A little note to get us started on a week that may be pushing you out of you comfort zone a bit. You may be working to submit applications, finalize essays, wrap up exams or year-end projects at work, or stay calm as you wait for admissions decisions to arrive or as you to travel to new and unfamiliar places. Fear has a very important role in our lives, but it shouldn’t keep you from taking the steps you need to take to push yourself to grow. Mindfulness can help you acknowledge fear, and move past it, to experience new levels of success, and maybe even transformation. As always, make your risks calculated, but if the only thing left is fear, say yes.
