I hope it was a wonderful weekend for you! Just a little reminder to start our week here of the power of intentional action. One of the benefits of mindfulness is developing the ability to find the “space between stimulus and response,” (V. Frankl) so that we can respond deliberately. Although none of us is perfect, and we all make mistakes or lose our grounding now and then, over time our responses and actions become indistinguishable from who we are. The imprint we leave on the world isn’t of what we thought, or meant, or intended to happen. It’s of what we did (including what we speak). Make your actions intentional, and your imprint both deliberate and authentic to you.
