This week, we’re giving some thought to intentionality in our interactions with others. It’s easy to get swept one way or another by the flow of conversation, especially if you’re not really paying attention. As you know by now, mindfulness can help with that. Of course, no one’s even pretending to be perfect, and gossip is an age-old form of human bonding, but we can at least try to be present enough to choose if we go there. Maybe? We’ll give it some more thought on Wednesday…until then, have a mindful week!
